At Stella’s Pantries, your satisfaction is our priority. We take great pride in providing quality kitchenware and pantry essentials. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
Returns
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order if the item:
Is unused and in its original condition
Has all original tags, packaging, and accessories
Is not listed as a non-returnable item (e.g., opened food-related tools or hygiene-sensitive items)
To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team with your order number and item details. Once approved, return shipping instructions will be provided.
Please note: customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Shipping fees and delivery costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We offer product exchanges for:
Wrong item received
Damaged or defective items
Please report issues within 48 hours of delivery with photo/video proof so we can assist promptly.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, some items cannot be returned once opened or used, including:
Food-storage items that have been unsealed
Kitchen tools that come into direct food contact once opened
Clearance or final-sale items
Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled before shipping. Once processed or shipped, they cannot be cancelled but may be eligible for return after delivery (based on the above policy).
